It was so nice to have a company tell you what they’re going to do, when they’re going to do it, and then just do it. Ethan F., Braxton, Tucker, and Shaun show up as planned. They all greeted us and explained the process of the installation. They were very efficient and professional during the installation. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. After the installation was completed, they cleaned up around the house and left it better than when they started. This is a company I recommend without any reservation or hesitation. Aqua Werx is a great company! From scheduling, getting estimate, install and having some follow up inspection/ servicing, we have been in good hands every step of the way. Today We had one of their great technicians, Chris out Just to make sure the leaf guard was still secure in place from some of the heavy rains and branches falling that we had earlier in the year we were concerned. Him and his coworker went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Had some scheduling issues due to a very rainy spring. Aqua Werx continually worked to reschedule. We finally landed on a dry day, the crew came out and installed the gutters, and were done in about 2 hours. It was an absolutely painless process and the gutters look great!

He unpacked, knocked out the job, cleaned up, and packed back up and we couldn’t even tell they had been here. We live in a new subdivision and several neighbors stopped and chatted with Team Aqua Werx while they were working and are looking to get scheduled. Aqua Werx installed a new leaf guard a few days ago at my residence and did aa excellent job. Care was taken in handling the new shingles during guard placement. They also inspected my gutter system and adjustments were made to ensure proper drainage throughout. And the installation looks great! Hats off to Caleb, Ethan and the rest of the crew.
