Five stars indicates near perfection on almost every aspect from quality to responsiveness. On almost all things, they are just mediocre. Their quality is definitely not close to perfect. I am not sure if we just got unlucky and caught them on a bad day, or other reviewers don’t pay attention to the details. On quick look, the gutters look fine, but the devil is definitely in the details. I wonder how many reviewers actually inspect all around the gutter area (below the gutters, in the gutters and the roof area). If they did, they may find issues. In addition, they were slow on returning my calls and coming out to address a few issues. The owners are lovely people, though. However, caring about doing a job right and quality matters. read less
