Aqua Werx is simply too good to be true! It’s a simple statement, but a powerful one to say, “they did what they said they would do”. On top of that, I decided on all kinds of little tweaks and adjustments at the time of installation, and they were so easy and flexible and helpful to work with. They gave me good counsel and advice on what to do and what not to do. I cannot more highly recommend them for your gutter work, and… I’ve now learned they do Christmas lights as well! I had new gutters installed on the whole house in July. They look great and the color match was perfect. I had to wait 2 months for it to rain to see how well the gutters work. There were a couple minor issues so I called and Caleb came out to see what was going on. He sent some guys out to make some adjustments and it seems everything has been taken care of. Since I've had so many water problems since I bought this house, he's really working with us to get the rain water management under control. I was given a free estimate in a couple of hours after contacting them. They are quick and very professional and easy to work with. They clearly explained the options and why I would or wouldn’t need gutters on certain areas and weren’t pushy about anything. My gutters were installed within a couple of days after the estimate. Our gutters got damaged during the February 2021 snowpocalypse! For various reasons, we just finally got them replaced. From the time I first contacted Caleb and Jordan, they kept in touch and gave me a beginning estimate. When I was ready to do the job, they had a knowledgable man come out to measure and give me advice so that I could make an informed decision on what we needed. Then came another estimate, and they fit my schedule with a time to do the job. Their team of Braxton and Ethan F came out on time that day and did a superlative job! They were friendly, professional, no nonsense and so kind in making sure all was done to my liking. I had called and gotten two other estimates - did my due diligence as advised. But I noticed this company does things correctly - I never knew there was another way to put up gutters! They also added smart little extras where needed to make sure the water flow actually went into the gutters! I have looked around, and not seen this before. I could not be happier or more pleased, and am totally confidant that if there are any issues, they will stand by their work. They will even get me in touch with someone to replace some rotten wood in the front caused by poorly installed prior gutters! We have a unique and different drainage mess on our block, and they did their best with down spouts to fix the water flow after a rain. Aqua Werx Seamless Gutters installed gutters on our home. I do not understand how Aqua Werx gutters receives 5 stars from so many customers. Five stars indicates near perfection on almost every aspect from quality to responsiveness. On almost all things, they are just mediocre. Their quality is definitely not close to perfect. I am not sure if we just got unlucky and caught them on a bad day, or other reviewers don’t pay attention to the details. On quick look, the gutters look fine, but the devil is definitely in the details. I wonder how many reviewers actually inspect all around the gutter area (below the gutters, in the gutters and the roof area). If they did, they may find issues. In addition, they were slow on returning my calls and coming out to address a few issues. The owners are lovely people, though. However, caring about doing a job right and quality matters. - 2/16/2021

We had some very old gutters on our home that were frequently filled with leaves, had been dinged and dented over the years, and did not properly drain water away from our home. About six weeks ago Aqua Werx removed these old gutters and installed new color matched seamless gutters with leaf guards. The gutters have performed flawlessly through the first couple of significant rains we have had, and I am thrilled that they will not require painting or get filled and clogged any longer.
