They responded quickly to my call to install seamless gutters on my house and were very helpful to suggest the best product to keep the leaves and pecans out. After the work was scheduled, I was surprised to get a call a week early that they could come out and get it finished before the rains started back up. Isaiah was the tech who did the install and they were fast, cleaned up after all the work (and blown out leaves). Aqua Werx installed a new leaf guard a few days ago at my residence and did aa excellent job. Care was taken in handling the new shingles during guard placement. Jordan and Caleb are professionals. Came out within a week to give a bid. Came out again when I asked about french drains. Caleb could've made extra money since I didn't know anything about it. He was honest telling me I didn't need them. They also got me a bid for painting the eaves before putting the gutters. We will be using them for the work. - 4/16/2020

Our gutters got damaged during the February 2021 snowpocalypse! For various reasons, we just finally got them replaced. From the time I first contacted Caleb and Jordan, they kept in touch and gave me a beginning estimate. When I was ready to do the job, they had a knowledgable man come out to measure and give me advice so that I could make an informed decision on what we needed. Then came another estimate, and they fit my schedule with a time to do the job. Their team of Braxton and Ethan F came out on time that day and did a superlative job! They were friendly, professional, no nonsense and so kind in making sure all was done to my liking. I had called and gotten two other estimates - did my due diligence as advised. But I noticed this company does things correctly - I never knew there was another way to put up gutters! They also added smart little extras where needed to make sure the water flow actually went into the gutters! I have looked around, and not seen this before. I could not be happier or more pleased, and am totally confidant that if there are any issues, they will stand by their work. They will even get me in touch with someone to replace some rotten wood in the front caused by poorly installed prior gutters! We have a unique and different drainage mess on our block, and they did their best with down spouts to fix the water flow after a rain. Aqua Werx did an AMAZING job on our whole house seamless gutters with leaf guard installation. The color match is so perfect, you can barely notice they are there, witch is what I was hoping for. The crew was quick and worked clean, finishing the job in one day. Aqua Werx was a great company with the best prices in Waco. They were quick to respond and get the job done even in the time of supplies being short handed. They were extremely flexible and willing to squeeze me in when I had to unexpectedly move my installation date. We never knew how much we needed new gutters until we had them. We had leaf guards installed as well since we have many trees surrounding our house. The crew came out and had them installed within an hour and they even picked up after themselves.
