Upon the first appointment they discovered an issue with my roof and instead of just finishing the job they recommended me getting the roof repaired and were patient with me as I got it fixed. Regarding value, Aqua Werks price was significantly below the other top 2 competitors in the Waco area, and they offer a 5-yr workmanship warranty when the other guys only offer 3-yrs.

He unpacked, knocked out the job, cleaned up, and packed back up and we couldn’t even tell they had been here. It was so nice to have a company tell you what they’re going to do, when they’re going to do it, and then just do it. Ethan F., Braxton, Tucker, and Shaun show up as planned. They all greeted us and explained the process of the installation. They were very efficient and professional during the installation. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. After the installation was completed, they cleaned up around the house and left it better than when they started. This is a company I recommend without any reservation or hesitation. The crew arrived on time, discussed the drop-down points and completed the job in about 2 hours.
