Aqua Werx Seamless Gutters installed gutters on our home. I do not understand how Aqua Werx gutters receives 5 stars from so many customers. Five stars indicates near perfection on almost every aspect from quality to responsiveness. On almost all things, they are just mediocre. Their quality is definitely not close to perfect. I am not sure if we just got unlucky and caught them on a bad day, or other reviewers don’t pay attention to the details. On quick look, the gutters look fine, but the devil is definitely in the details. I wonder how many reviewers actually inspect all around the gutter area (below the gutters, in the gutters and the roof area). If they did, they may find issues. In addition, they were slow on returning my calls and coming out to address a few issues. The owners are lovely people, though. However, caring about doing a job right and quality matters.

Aqua Werx was top notch from start to finish. They were prompt in visiting to get an accurate quote, flexible and understanding when I needed to reschedule the job, and the work was done efficiently with no mess left behind. When I discovered a corner joint hadn't been totally sealed, Aqua Werx came out the next day to rectify and my whole system is looking great in this recent rain. Highly satisfied with both the job and the service.

Aqua Werx cleaned heavy debris & leaves from our gutters & installed leaf guards. They were very professional, work was impeccable & they cleaned up all work materials & debris after job was complete. I would highly recommend with a 5 star rating!
