Ethan and the crew were incredibly efficient and, with the exception of beautiful new gutters, no one would know they were here — the areas where they worked was spotless! They did great work. Upon the first appointment they discovered an issue with my roof and instead of just finishing the job they recommended me getting the roof repaired and were patient with me as I got it fixed. We’re so thankful for the full replacement Aqua Werx Seamless Gutters completed for us. It was so nice to have a company tell you what they’re going to do, when they’re going to do it, and then just do it. Ethan F., Braxton, Tucker, and Shaun show up as planned. They all greeted us and explained the process of the installation. They were very efficient and professional during the installation. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. After the installation was completed, they cleaned up around the house and left it better than when they started. This is a company I recommend without any reservation or hesitation. I was referred to Aqua Werx by a friend and I wasn’t disappointed. Everyone from the beginning to end of the project were very transparent and prompt with their communication. They were great on pricing as well. The project manager explained why I needed certain things and I certain things wouldn’t work and he said it in a very professional manner. Aqua Werx is a great company! From scheduling, getting estimate, install and having some follow up inspection/ servicing, we have been in good hands every step of the way. I highly recommend this team and the quality of their work is outstanding. Today We had one of their great technicians, Chris out Just to make sure the leaf guard was still secure in place from some of the heavy rains and branches falling that we had earlier in the year we were concerned. Him and his coworker went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Aqua Werx is simply too good to be true! It’s a simple statement, but a powerful one to say, “they did what they said they would do”. On top of that, I decided on all kinds of little tweaks and adjustments at the time of installation, and they were so easy and flexible and helpful to work with. They gave me good counsel and advice on what to do and what not to do. I cannot more highly recommend them for your gutter work, and… I’ve now learned they do Christmas lights as well! May need to check that out come December
