Aqua Werx installed a new leaf guard a few days ago at my residence and did aa excellent job. Care was taken in handling the new shingles during guard placement. They also inspected my gutter system and adjustments were made to ensure proper drainage throughout. And the installation looks great! Hats off to Caleb, Ethan and the rest of the crew. The people at Aqua Werx were quick to answer any questions we had leading up to and during installation. Jordan was very quick to respond. She was at the home within 24 hours to provide a free estimate. The gutters were installed within 2 business days, the color matched great. Aqua Werx Seamless Gutters installed gutters on our home. I do not understand how Aqua Werx gutters receives 5 stars from so many customers. Five stars indicates near perfection on almost every aspect from quality to responsiveness. On almost all things, they are just mediocre. Their quality is definitely not close to perfect. I am not sure if we just got unlucky and caught them on a bad day, or other reviewers don’t pay attention to the details. On quick look, the gutters look fine, but the devil is definitely in the details. I wonder how many reviewers actually inspect all around the gutter area (below the gutters, in the gutters and the roof area). If they did, they may find issues. In addition, they were slow on returning my calls and coming out to address a few issues. The owners are lovely people, though. However, caring about doing a job right and quality matters. - 2/16/2021

Caleb came out the day after I called and within an hour I got a quote from Jordan. They both were very professional and answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. I was told it would be maybe 2 weeks for installation which we were fine with since our job was small. That night Jordan had sent me a text that they had an opening for the next day and their guys would be out in the morning. Both guys were extremely nice and professional.
