Aqua Werx Seamless Gutters installed gutters on our home. I do not understand how Aqua Werx gutters receives 5 stars from so many customers. Five stars indicates near perfection on almost every aspect from quality to responsiveness. On almost all things, they are just mediocre. Their quality is definitely not close to perfect. I am not sure if we just got unlucky and caught them on a bad day, or other reviewers don’t pay attention to the details. On quick look, the gutters look fine, but the devil is definitely in the details. I wonder how many reviewers actually inspect all around the gutter area (below the gutters, in the gutters and the roof area). If they did, they may find issues. In addition, they were slow on returning my calls and coming out to address a few issues. The owners are lovely people, though. However, caring about doing a job right and quality matters. - 2/02/2021

I was introduced to this group through my roofing contractor, and they did a relatively small (but important)to project installing gutters on the back of my home to protect my new deck. Did a great job. A few months later I contacted them to protect the entire front of my home, and bamo they did a super job. I included leaf guards, very important to me due to large oak trees in front. Can't say enough, just thanks so much. Would recommend to anyone. Aqua Werx was a great company with the best prices in Waco. They were quick to respond and get the job done even in the time of supplies being short handed. They were extremely flexible and willing to squeeze me in when I had to unexpectedly move my installation date. We never knew how much we needed new gutters until we had them. We had leaf guards installed as well since we have many trees surrounding our house. The crew came out and had them installed within an hour and they even picked up after themselves.
